Twenty-five years ago Ron planted a seed of hope for his new business, and now Team Pepka has blossomed into one of Manatee County’s highest ranked Real Estate teams.  When he is out of the office, Ron enjoys competing on the beautiful Florida golf courses as well as scuba diving and other family activities.
