Joey embraces the opportunity to counsel Team Pepka clients in one of the most important decisions of their lives.  Born and raised in Latrobe, PA, Joey has lived in Victoria B.C. and Edmonton, AL, Canada before moving to Sarasota 30 years ago, attracted by the warm weather and burgeoning arts and theater community.  With a Masters of Fine Arts and a member of the screen actors guild, Joey has worked as a director, costumer and has performed as an actress in both local and national commercials and informercials.  A licensed agent for 20 years, Joey is "Reasy to Act" in your best interest in your transaction.

Gulf Coast Loss Mitigation Services employs Betty as their Loss Mitigation Manager.  Loss mitigation is a very complex task, assembling documents, calculating short falls, presenting packages and complicated negotiations.  Betty's diligence and attention to detail makes her a perfect match for the position.  Her passions include doing anything that involves the outdoors; spending time with her kids, going to the beach, fishing, motorcycle rides and shopping.

Marketing homes for sale is Hannah's specialty.  Hannah ensures that our listings are being promoted through every multimedia outlet possible.  Her favorite part about being Team Pepka's Listing Manager is working with clients side-by-side, helping them through the exciting and sometimes even nerve-racking process of selling their home, answering any questions or concerns the client may have and going above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcome in any situation.  After the work day is done, Hannah futhers her education by taking business and marketing classes at The State College of Florida.
