Ron attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas, and graduated from the Southern Nevada School of Real Estate.  Both recognized and awarded for numerous outstanding achievements, he has been representing both buyers and sellers in the state of Florida since 1996.  His belief in honesty, integrity and unparalleled service is the driving force behind the success of the Team and the clients we serve. 

Cathy Pepka
Realtor/Transaction Coordinator

Cathy attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas and has been a Manatee County Realtor since April of 2003.  She is responsible for processing contracts through closing.  She is the customers, clients, agents, and service providers liaison throughout the closing process.  Cathy keeps the entire team updated on the progress of all contracts. 

Alisa Begley
Buyer Specialist

A resident of Manatee County for almost 25 years, Alisa and her family have seen a significant amount of change since first arriving from Tennesse.  Alisa's attention to detail and customer service, is evident with the the family business of Shell Service stations in both Manatee and Sarasota counties.  Alisa's integrity, love for real estate and desire to help others find the perfect dream home has brought her to partner with Team Pepka.  Alisa loves spending time with her family, listening to music and enjoying the outdoors.

Joanne "Joey" Hodgson
Buyer Specialist

Born and raised in Latrobe, PA, Joey has lived in Victoria, B.C. and Edmonton, AL, Canada before moving to Sarasota thirty years ago, attracted by the warm weather and burgeoning arts and theater community. With a Masters of Fine Arts in theater, she has worked as an actor, director or costumer in most of the local community theaters. As a member of the Screen Actors Guild, Joey has preformed as an actress both local and national commercials and infomercials. In 1991, she obtained her Real Estate license and found the attention to detail required and the opportuinty to counsel clients, in one of the most important decisions of their lives, even more enticing than the limelight. Joey spent 8 years at the River Club in Bradenton and 4 years at Aston Gardens at Pelican Pointe in Venice as a licensed onsite sales representatitve before joining Team Pepka as a Buyer Specalist.

Jennifer VonGraupen
Loss Mitigation Manager

Jennifer designs and produces newsletter, postcards and advertisements that market Team Pepka.  Originally from Long Island, New York she relocated to Bradenton Florida in 1993 where she found a new creative focus in life as a now well accomplished dancesport competitor.  When not at work she enjoys spending time with family and her two dogs.

Marissa Marusich
Team Leader

Marissa works closely with the owners of the properties listed by Team Pepka. She is responsible for the coordination of Team Pepka’s listings, entering information into the MLS and creating informative flyers.
When not at work she enjoys soaking up the sun at the beach, spending time with her 4 dogs, photography, vacationing and visiting with friends and family.

Ginger and Izzy are in charge of office morale. Their duties are to greet each employee at the door making them feel very loved and welcomed. They have a very important role to the Team.
